Custom Care Physical Therapy offers a highly-customized approach to treatment, based on 25 plus years of patient interaction and hands-on experience. All treatments are one on one, with my attention specifically on you. My aim is to focus on each patient’s overall well-being by blending evidence-based Physical Therapy with current concepts of health education and wellness. Custom Care Physical Therapy is a boutique-style, private practice focused on giving clients the individual attention they need for optimal support and healing.

As an experienced Physical Therapist, I have found that people are better able to manage their injury, pain, and musculoskeletal concerns with manual treatment, which addresses the whole body and whole person. In my experience, one-to-one Physical Therapy is the superior delivery model for improving the speed and outcome of one’s healing and recovery. I focus on efficiently addressing the root causes of your musculoskeletal problems so that your symptoms subside as quickly as possible.

About Me

I am Amy Baram, the owner and sole Physical Therapist of this unique private practice. Born and raised in Chester County Pennsylvania, I attended The Pennsylvania State University, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education. After Penn State, I enrolled at Thomas Jefferson University where I received my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 25 years in a variety of clinical settings to include: hospital-based care, rehabilitation, home healthcare, outpatient/orthopedics, assisted living/skilled nursing and school-based pediatrics.

In my free time, I am an avid runner, hiker and outdoor enthusiast. You may even spot me navigating the rapids of The Brandywine River on my paddleboard with my dog Buster!

My husband Mike and I are both passionate health care providers and parents of three fantastic kids! We have been raising our family in West Chester for the last 17 years, and we enjoy being active members of our local community.
